Sayoko Senju is a Legendary kunochi of Konohagakure, a member of the Senju Clan, the lover of Takeshi Uchiha, the aunt of Tsunaku, Rasoki, Tenade, Rakuha, and Mishiro Senju, the twin sister of Tsunade Senju, the older sister of Fumi, Tsuraiko, and Nawaki Senju, the daughter of Hanaku Senju, the Founding First Hokage, and Tsuyoshi Namikaze, the fourth jinchuriki of the Ten-Tailed Shikaku, the niece of Hakura and Raikuro Senju, the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage, and Mito Uzumaki, the first jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, the granduncle of Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage, and Narako Namikaze, and the mother of Yukiyo and Jashiko Senju.

Sayoko was born as the youngest twin sister of Tsunade of the Founding F

irst Hokage and the fourth jinchuriki of the Ten-Tailed Shikaku. she and Tsunade were training under Kisuke Urahara (obtaining Soul Reaper powers, and knowing the name of her Kajihime, a fire-type Zanpakuto). when Fumi and Tsuraiko were born, she was manage to use Fire Style jutsu, and develop a crush on Takeshi Uchiha, (the first ever love of a Senju woman and Uchiha man)

When Sayo and the rest of her sisters became teenagers, she and Takeshi hid their love away from their clans, especially when they heard about the destruction of the Senju Clan on the Senju Temples, she was shocked and cry in secret, however Takeshi cheered her up and Sayo knew that he was definity "the one".
