Arrancars are hollows who have removed their masks and possess soul reaper/shinigami-like powers(with the exception of some). Examples are Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck(child form), Dondochakka Birstanne, Pesche Guatiche, and the arrancars the cloning arrancar that appeared in Karakura Town.
